About this role
Role overview
Build and run experiments, automation, and AI agents that help marketing and sales generate measurable growth. This is a hands-on engineering role: you’ll turn commercial ideas into tested systems, measure their effect on pipeline and conversion, and improve them based on results. The work supports both self-service buyers and larger sales-led accounts in a compliance-focused market.
Responsibilities
- Design and run growth experiments across messaging, audiences, channels, offers, pricing pages, and sales plays; define success measures in advance and record results. - Build agents for account research, data enrichment, event detection, lead scoring, qualification, and routing. - Operate personalized outbound and customer lifecycle campaigns, including email deliverability, tracking, and attribution. - Test positioning with buyers and turn sales conversations, win/loss patterns, and competitor activity into useful product marketing insights. - Create prospect research, account preparation, and sales tools that reduce administrative work and help teams prioritize outreach. - Build on shared AI infrastructure and data models, following review and release controls and respecting consent, privacy, and communication rules.
Requirements
- Demonstrated growth results from AI or agent-based systems, with measurable impact such as pipeline, meetings, conversion, or acquisition cost. - Hands-on ability to build and ship go-to-market systems, experiments, or automation, then assess their outcomes. - Experience with demand generation or sales workflows, including lead qualification and outreach operations. - Ability to work with data and instrumentation to evaluate experiments and attribute results. - Sound judgment around privacy, consent, and applicable email, text, and calling rules. - Clear collaboration with marketing, sales, revenue operations, data, and engineering partners.
Nice to have
- Experience with call intelligence, AI system evaluation or monitoring, or data models such as ontologies and knowledge graphs. - Background in transportation, compliance, regulatory technology, or another regulated industry.
Benefits and work setup
- Primarily remote within a specified set of US states, with occasional office visits for collaboration, training, or events. - Medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) with company match; paid time off and holidays; wellness programs; and an employee assistance program.
