Role overview
Shape a product that helps legal and corporate teams manage company records, ownership structures, and governance workflows across international markets. You’ll take initiatives from customer discovery through launch, working with product, engineering, and business teams to make complex legal processes easier to use and assess where AI can help.
Responsibilities
- Interview customers, define problems and solutions, and guide product initiatives through delivery and adoption. - Translate legal and business workflows into clear requirements, working with engineering to make practical trade-offs. - Help set product priorities and roadmap direction based on customer value, business impact, and development effort. - Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI to legal work, considering usefulness and reliability. - Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer success on customer insights, launches, positioning, and adoption. - Review feedback and product data to assess results and improve product practices as the business grows.
Requirements
- Experience in product management, typically three or more years and ideally in B2B software or complex workflows; alternatively, legal practice experience with relevant domain knowledge and an interest in product management. - Ability to break down complex requirements, weigh competing priorities, and explain decisions. - Clear communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to connect customer, business, and technical perspectives. - A hands-on approach to ambiguous problems, with sound judgment and a focus on customer needs and business outcomes. - Professional fluency in English; German is an advantage.
