Senior Business Process Analyst

Role overview

Lead business analysis for a professional services automation (PSA) initiative, from discovery of current processes through requirements definition, vendor selection, solution design, and implementation readiness. You’ll bring business and technology stakeholders together to define practical future workflows and help ensure the selected platform supports them. The position is remote and based in Colombia.

Responsibilities

- Facilitate discovery to document current workflows, roles, pain points, data needs, controls, dependencies, and desired outcomes. - Define PSA capabilities and translate stakeholder needs into prioritized, traceable requirements across project setup, resource management, financial processes, reporting, integrations, governance, and operations. - Support the request-for-proposal and vendor evaluation process by preparing capability criteria, facilitating workshops and demonstrations, and assessing gaps and trade-offs. - Work with business, IT, and the selected provider on future-state process design and requirements traceability. - Support solution validation through testing, user acceptance testing, acceptance criteria, and business readiness activities.

Requirements

- Senior-level experience in business process analysis, process design, requirements discovery, and transformation initiatives. - Track record documenting current and future processes, business capabilities, rules, and workflows. - Ability to facilitate workshops with complex, cross-functional stakeholder groups. - Skill in translating business needs into clear, structured, prioritized, and traceable requirements. - Experience supporting enterprise technology selection, including RFPs, vendor assessment, and solution evaluation. - Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to connect business needs to technology considerations such as integrations, data, security, and governance.

Nice to have

- Experience with PSA platforms or enterprise platform implementations from discovery through implementation. - Familiarity with project and resource management, finance, reporting, data governance, and operational workflows. - Experience working with finance, legal, IT, data teams, or external implementation partners.
