Architect, Software Engineering (Adobe AEP Architect)

Role overview Lead solution architecture for customer engagements involving digital marketing technology, data, and enterprise integrations. Guide cross-functional teams from discovery and solution definition through deployment and optimization, connecting business goals to practical technical roadmaps and delivery plans.

Responsibilities - Define solution architecture and lead implementation for customer-facing digital experience projects. - Assess current systems and marketing capabilities, identify business and technology needs, and recommend a target application architecture. - Work with customer stakeholders to clarify use cases, objectives, and requirements, then align architecture with business strategy and technology roadmaps. - Present recommendations to technical leaders and executives, and coordinate between business, IT, and delivery teams. - Develop architectural methods and artifacts such as technical diagrams, capability maps, and strategic roadmaps. - Share customer feedback with product and engineering teams to inform product improvements.

Requirements - At least 3 years of experience as a solution or application architect, systems integrator, or senior consultant. - Deep technical and business knowledge of digital marketing across content, data, and customer journeys, including areas such as CMS, analytics, personalization, commerce, digital asset management, or mobile engagement. - Record of delivering enterprise integrations involving marketing systems, data, analytics, testing, optimization, personalization, or activation. - Ability to work directly with stakeholders, build consensus, identify business challenges, and connect proposed solutions to measurable outcomes. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences. - Experience developing architecture methods and making sound decisions across multiple fast-moving engagements.
