Lead Delivery Manager

Role overview Lead complex software implementations for clients, taking responsibility for delivery from planning through completion across multiple workstreams. You will manage scope, budgets, risks, and senior relationships while coordinating specialists and helping raise delivery standards across the team.

Responsibilities - Plan milestones, dependencies, schedules, and resources across large implementations. - Track budgets, forecasts, risks, change requests, and contingency plans. - Coordinate implementation, technical, architecture, and product teams to keep work aligned. - Present delivery status and recommendations to client executives; handle escalations and negotiate scope or solution changes. - Coach and mentor project staff, guide resolution of difficult delivery issues, and improve methods and tools. - Maintain clear handoffs with sales, support, and other internal teams to support ongoing client relationships.

Requirements - Typically 5–7 years of experience delivering or implementing ERP software, including complex, multi-workstream projects. - Evidence of delivering large implementations on schedule and within budget. - Strong project organization, budget management, analytical problem-solving, and prioritization skills. - Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills, including communicating with senior audiences and building consensus. - Experience coaching, reviewing, or delegating work to delivery or project colleagues. - A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to have - Experience with ERP, MES/WMS, or CRM implementations in process manufacturing or distribution. - PMP or equivalent project management certification.
