Role overview Senior Product Manager position owning the success of content-creation products from alignment and requirements through delivery, market launch, and end-of-life. The role is a cross-functional leadership position that combines strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on agile execution. The selected candidate will execute on an existing roadmap while contributing to future strategic planning.
Responsibilities - Build and maintain the product and feature roadmap, balancing business viability, customer value, feasibility, and usability in collaboration with engineering and design. - Translate organizational strategy, business and market requirements, and product backlog into a roadmap with concrete product requirements, supported use cases, workflows, constraints, and success criteria. - Lead the full product development lifecycle in an agile environment, from use cases through market delivery to post-release and end-of-life. - Maintain a data-driven product backlog informed by market input, competitive intelligence, customer feedback, sales, and service insights. - Conduct feasibility analysis, ROI modeling, business case development, and build/buy/partner evaluations. - Represent the organization at industry events and collaborate with customers, market strategy, architecture, design, engineering, PMO, implementation, support, and marketing throughout the lifecycle.
Requirements - 8+ years of experience in software product management. - Demonstrated expertise in product planning, market research, competitive analysis, product positioning, enablement, evangelism, and product marketing. - Strong business and technical skills, with a track record of data-backed business outcomes. - Ability to create strategy and vision for larger initiatives or smaller cross-cutting experiences, and to plan, prioritize, and visualize thin slices of work. - Go-to-market planning experience and comfort using AI tools to support product work.
Benefits and work setup Base salary range of $125,000–$150,000 USD, with eligibility for a wellness subsidy, equity grants, and variable incentive.
