About this role
Role overview Work directly with enterprise customers and growing startups to design and deliver production deployments of an AI execution platform. This customer-facing engineering role combines software development, infrastructure design, technical demonstrations, and product feedback. You will take ownership of strategic customer engagements and turn recurring needs into reusable deployment approaches and product improvements.
Responsibilities - Embed with customers to understand infrastructure needs and architect suitable deployments. - Write code, build integrations, configure workflows, and create reusable deployment templates. - Lead technical demonstrations and answer detailed infrastructure questions during sales discussions. - Identify product gaps from customer work and coordinate fixes with core engineering. - Own technical onboarding for strategic accounts through the deployment lifecycle. - Share practical guidance through workshops, demonstrations, and technical content.
Requirements - Three to six years of full-stack or backend engineering experience, using Node.js, Python, Go, or comparable tools. - Strong understanding of containers, including Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP. - Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, customer-facing technical settings. - Comfortable moving between hands-on coding and presenting technical solutions to senior customer stakeholders.
Nice to have - Experience with MCP or AI-focused development tools such as coding assistants. - Familiarity with GPU workloads or AI inference infrastructure. - Background at a product-led SaaS startup or an early-stage developer tools company. - Multilingual communication skills.
