GTM Engineer

Role overview

Build the software, data connections, and automations that help commercial teams operate and grow more effectively. This hands-on engineering role spans backend development, analytics instrumentation, and internal tooling, working with Growth, Sales, Developer Experience, and platform colleagues to turn fragmented systems into dependable workflows.

Responsibilities

- Connect commercial systems into an integrated data layer, drawing on tools such as billing, CRM, scheduling, and customer data platforms. - Instrument important product and commercial events so analytics reflect actual activity. - Build enrichment pipelines that combine third-party data and internal signals to keep target customer records current and scored. - Create backend services and automations for pipeline management, deal progression, and post-sale handoffs. - Build internal tools that reduce manual work, such as account research, meeting preparation, or usage alerts. - Work with Growth and revenue operations on data models and logic for targeting, segmentation, and attribution. - Document systems and contribute through clean implementation, code review, and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

- Software engineering experience, ideally at mid level, with exposure to growth, sales, or other go-to-market teams. - Strong Node.js and TypeScript skills, focused on backend or server-side development. - Experience integrating business-critical systems such as CRM platforms. - Familiarity with analytics and event-tracking tools. - Strong written and spoken English for distributed collaboration.

Nice to have

- Experience with ETL, data synchronization, or workflow automation.
