Requirements - 8+ years in product management, including ownership of complex engagements from discovery through delivery. - Strong knowledge of agile delivery and product artifacts such as epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and process documentation. - Ability to work credibly with engineering leads on CMS platforms, system architecture, API documentation, and integration planning. - Experience with market analysis and user research, and skill translating findings into clear requirements. - Strong communication with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders, including on scope, progress, timelines, and difficult trade-offs. - Command-level fluency with AI tools for research, prototyping, documentation, requirements analysis, and workflow, with careful human review where precision matters. - Experience mentoring junior colleagues, contributing to technical scoping, and collaborating across disciplines.
Nice to have - Automotive product and interface experience, including taking at least one automotive product to launch and familiarity with OEM and Tier-1 programs. - The stated compensation range is $170,000–$200,000 across multiple levels; actual compensation depends on experience, skills, budget, and location.
