Senior Project Manager- 12 month FTC

Role overview Lead large enterprise software implementations for healthcare organizations, guiding projects from initiation through customer acceptance and handover to support. This is a 12-month fixed-term role delivering complex changes in live healthcare settings while balancing customer needs, contractual commitments, schedule, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities - Manage the full project lifecycle, including acceptance and transition to support. - Plan and track schedules, forecasts, risks, issues, and project documentation. - Lead governance, reporting, and customer-facing project meetings. - Coordinate internal delivery, development, and services teams alongside third-party suppliers. - Keep delivery aligned with contractual, budget, quality, and timeline commitments. - Manage project transitions from sales into delivery and from delivery into support. - Improve project management processes and tools.

Requirements - PRINCE2 Practitioner certification and a degree or equivalent experience. - At least five years delivering large, complex projects in UK healthcare. - At least three years in software, healthcare technology, or IT solutions. - Strong Microsoft Project experience and a record of delivering enterprise implementations, typically involving 1,000–3,000 delivery days. - Experience managing project risks, issues, governance, and customer acceptance. - Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland. - Working knowledge of AI concepts and professional use of AI tools to improve processes or outcomes.
