Technical Project Manager – GPU & AI Infrastructure

Role overview Lead customer deployments of dedicated GPU compute clusters from contract signature through procurement, data center build-out, technical validation, and customer hand-off. You will coordinate customers, internal infrastructure teams, suppliers, and data center operators, keeping delivery on schedule and managing risks across physical and technical work.

Responsibilities - Own post-sale delivery and customer coordination through the contracted Ready-For-Service date and go-live. - Run stakeholder meetings and provide clear status reports, schedules, and risk updates. - Coordinate bills of materials, hardware purchasing, staging, shipping, and vendor timelines. - Work with data center operators on site readiness, including rack space, power, cooling, and cabling. - Oversee physical installation and technical validation, resolving hardware, thermal, power, or cabling issues. - Manage changes in live facilities with risk tracking and backout plans.

Requirements - Five or more years managing technical infrastructure, HPC, or large data center deployment projects. - Experience leading customer-facing projects with enterprise clients and contractual deadlines. - Background coordinating multi-vendor supply chains, hardware providers, and data center operators. - Practical knowledge of data center power, airflow, liquid cooling, and fiber cabling. - Familiarity with dense GPU servers and high-speed network fabrics such as InfiniBand or Ethernet. - Strong skills with Jira, Confluence, project schedules, risk logs, and stakeholder communication.

Nice to have - PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum project certification. - Knowledge of GPU server configurations such as HGX, DGX, or NVLink systems. - Familiarity with data center infrastructure management tools and hardware inventory.
