Project Manager

Role overview Lead customer-facing software implementation projects from discovery and planning through launch and transition to ongoing support. The work combines delivery management with helping clients adapt their business processes, coordinating internal specialists, and keeping scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes aligned.

Responsibilities - Lead client implementations from kickoff through go-live and handoff to support. - Build and maintain project plans, schedules, estimates, budgets, forecasts, and project documentation. - Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and escalations across client and internal teams. - Track scope against contracted deliverables, project risks, resource needs, financial targets, and delivery timelines; develop mitigation plans as needed. - Coordinate requirements gathering, estimates, proposals, and engineering handoffs to keep deliverables on track. - Arrange client training and knowledge transfer, and review portfolio performance to recommend process improvements.

Requirements - At least 3 years leading projects, including responsibility for planning, execution, budget, schedule, and stakeholder management. - Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize competing work. - Knowledge of Agile Scrum methods and principles. - Experience managing projects in an online professional services automation or planning tool. - Strong Microsoft Office skills and a related bachelor’s degree. - Experience using generative AI tools to improve productivity and deliver quality work.

Nice to have Experience implementing enterprise software or technology for external customers is preferred. Project Management Professional certification is also preferred.
