About this role
Role overview Help major customers integrate APIs by combining technical troubleshooting with direct customer support. You will work across engineering and customer success, diagnosing integration issues and guiding customers through solutions.
Responsibilities - Work directly with customers on API integrations. - Investigate technical issues and identify practical solutions. - Read and write code as part of integration support. - Communicate technical guidance clearly to customer stakeholders.
Requirements - At least three years in a technical, customer-facing role. - Strong debugging and problem-solving ability. - Comfort reading and writing code. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have - Experience working with customers in Indian fintech, logistics, or insurance.
