Founding Customer Engineer

Role overview Lead technical deployments for early enterprise design partners, working alongside a go-to-market lead to move pilots into production. You will connect customer systems, help teams adopt the product, and bring deployment experience back into product planning. The role includes direct engagement with senior technical and security stakeholders.

Responsibilities - Own the deployment playbook for new design partners. - Onboard customers, configure integrations, and train internal champions. - Set up permission-related integrations across enterprise platforms and data systems. - Create customer-facing architecture diagrams, operational runbooks, and training materials. - Work with the go-to-market lead to turn pilot deployments into production use. - Share field learnings with the team and inform the product roadmap.

Requirements - Deep working knowledge of at least one major enterprise platform or enterprise data warehouse. - Two or more years leading technical implementations at customer sites. - Confidence working with security executives, technology leaders, and platform architects. - Ability to translate between business outcomes and technical implementation details.
