The team builds and operates AI-powered analytics products used by customers worldwide, owning both customer-facing capabilities and the underlying services and infrastructure that keep them reliable, secure, and scalable. The position partners closely with product, design, technical program management, architects, and senior engineering leaders to translate strategy into measurable customer and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of 10+ engineers, including hiring, performance management, succession planning, and career growth. - Build leadership capability among senior engineers and tech leads, fostering durable technical ownership across the team. - Partner with product management to shape strategy and translate priorities into clear roadmaps and execution plans. - Drive delivery across complex cross-functional dependencies, improving transparency, predictability, and execution effectiveness. - Review significant technical proposals and guide architectural consistency across backend, frontend, data, and cloud infrastructure. - Own operational outcomes for reliability, scalability, performance, security, cost, observability, incident learning, and technical debt reduction. - Champion responsible AI-assisted and agentic development practices while upholding standards for testing, review, security, and quality. - Communicate progress, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements

Nice to have
- Hands-on experience applying agentic or AI-assisted development practices with strong governance and oversight. - Background building AI-powered products, agentic applications, LLM integrations, or AI platform capabilities. - Experience with data or analytics products in business intelligence, data platforms, or decision intelligence. - Leadership of teams modernizing microservices, Kubernetes platforms, infrastructure-as-code, or multi-cloud deployments. - Mentoring peer managers or contributing to engineering leadership practices beyond direct reporting lines.
