Senior Delivery Manager

Role overview

Lead the full lifecycle of complex technology projects for enterprise customers, using agile delivery practices to coordinate teams and keep work moving toward agreed outcomes. The role spans customer communication, delivery planning, financial and schedule oversight, risk management, and executive reporting across technical initiatives such as cloud, data, analytics, AI, and software development.

Responsibilities

- Manage enterprise projects from kickoff through completion, setting clear scope, milestones, schedules, and expectations. - Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and maintain customer engagement and delivery momentum. - Gather requirements, estimate work, assess risks, and translate customer needs into system capabilities and project outcomes. - Lead standups, scrum ceremonies, status meetings, and issue escalations; resolve concerns that threaten progress. - Track project finances, deliverables, and timelines, and keep customer stakeholders and executives informed about status, risks, and action plans. - Run retrospectives, produce delivery reports, maintain organized project records, and build client relationships through effective execution.

Requirements

- At least eight years of relevant engagement or technology implementation experience, including leadership of large enterprise projects or programs. - Consulting experience and confidence communicating with executive stakeholders. - Strong understanding of software development and cloud technologies; experience with GCP is a plus. - Ability to understand technical designs and risks, analyze requirements, and communicate clearly across technical and customer audiences. - Proven ability to manage several projects at once, stay detail-focused, and defuse high-stakes situations. - Scrum or agile certification and familiarity with enterprise delivery methods and project collaboration tools.

Nice to have

Interest in helping develop regional delivery management teams. Experience with tools such as Jira, Google Workspace, Mavenlink, or Asana is relevant.
