About this role

Role overview A senior product manager is needed to lead the product vision and strategy for a platform machine learning team inside a large interactive entertainment organization. The role partners with internal stakeholders across game, marketing, and analytics to deliver AI solutions, automation tooling, and data pipelines that serve both new and existing player audiences. It is a senior, cross-functional position focused on the full product lifecycle in a data-driven, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities - Define and evolve product vision and strategy for ML-powered platform capabilities that improve operational performance - Partner with executive, game, marketing, and analytics stakeholders to surface needs and translate them into measurable objectives and success criteria - Collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and analysts to shape the design and delivery of AI features - Establish KPIs and track product impact against business outcomes across multiple areas of the business - Drive features from concept through deployment, prioritizing work and writing clear product specifications - Advise the team on data science approaches, vendor trade-offs, and emerging techniques in the ML space

Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business - 5+ years of product management experience, ideally partnering with game, marketing, or data science teams - Demonstrated ability to prioritize projects, gather requirements, and carry features from ideation to launch - Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and the software development life cycle - Proven track record of metrics-driven decision-making, leadership, and high performance - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a self-starter, team-oriented mindset
