Remote job
Transformation Project Manager IV
Job details
About this role
Role overview
This remote contract engagement (initial four-month term with potential to extend) calls for a senior project manager to drive delivery within a large-scale digital transformation programme tied to the mobility and convenience sector. The role blends traditional PMO coordination with hands-on support for retail rollout activity, requiring someone who can translate strategic priorities into structured plans and keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned in a fast-moving environment. It is well suited to a delivery professional who thrives on bringing clarity, governance discipline and momentum to complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day PMO activity across workstreams and stakeholder groups to keep the broader programme on track. - Build and maintain integrated project plans, status reports, dependency logs, risk registers and action trackers. - Facilitate governance forums, leadership reviews, roadblock sessions and recurring workstream check-ins. - Ensure that decisions, risks and follow-up actions are clearly documented, assigned and driven to closure. - Support retail-side delivery, including rollout readiness, store technology dependencies, sales process changes and pilot activities. - Produce transparent programme-level reporting so leadership and business partners have a consistent view of progress and risk.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in programme management or a closely related discipline. - Seven or more years of programme or PMO delivery experience in complex technology, retail, transformation or comparable downstream-industry environments. - Strong working knowledge of project planning, governance, status reporting, dependency tracking and risk, action and issue management. - Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and keep teams aligned on milestones, risks and ownership. - Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present programme status to senior leadership. - Comfort working across international time zones and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced transformation setting.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with sales, CRM or billing-related operational workflows.
