Technical Engagement Lead (US)
Job details
About this role
Role overview
A senior, customer-facing delivery role focused on hands-on technical implementation of enterprise supply chain analytics and optimization programs. The position blends solution design with program management discipline, owning statements of work from kickoff through go-live and adoption. It is suited for someone who is "T-shaped": broad enough to engage across customer strategy, analytics, and technology, and deep enough to configure, model, and troubleshoot directly on the platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise supply chain analytics and optimization programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution against defined success metrics - Establish and run engagement governance, including steering committees, program cadences, and risk management practices - Translate business requirements into technical architectures, leading hands-on modeling, data integration, and configuration across functional and technical teams - Collaborate with engineering, data science, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure implementations - Manage cross-functional delivery teams across geographies and time zones, including offshore delivery partners - Run structured UAT and drive real adoption through change management, enablement, and customer feedback loops
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise SaaS, or supply chain analytics delivery, ideally owning statements of work end-to-end - Hands-on technical delivery skills: comfortable configuring, modeling, debugging, and troubleshooting rather than only directing others - Deep understanding of supply chain analytics use cases such as optimization, prediction, and simulation - Proven experience leading global project teams and managing enterprise-scale programs - Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across all organizational levels - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Nice to have
- Track record running UAT and change management that drives adoption beyond mere sign-off - Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast-moving, high-growth environment - High attention to detail and structured program management skills
Benefits and work setup
- Remote position based primarily within the US, with 10–15% travel expected for implementation kickoffs, UAT sessions, and executive workshops - Annual on-target earnings between $150,000 and $205,000, with base cash determined by experience and a 30% variable component tied to individual and business performance - Eligibility to participate in an equity plan
