Role overview
A senior advisory position embedded in the post-implementation customer success organization of a subscription monetization platform. The Enterprise Solution Architect partners with existing enterprise clients to align the Quote-to-Revenue suite with each customer's strategic goals, optimize billing and revenue operations, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The role blends strategic consulting, solution design, and hands-on workshop facilitation for live accounts.
Responsibilities
- Build phased, actionable roadmaps that translate customer business objectives into platform capability milestones. - Design scalable, future-ready solutions that evolve with customer growth and shifting market needs. - Act as a trusted advisor, sharing insight on industry trends, subscription best practices, and process optimization. - Lead standardization workshops that assess and refine configurations, workflows, and customizations for scale and efficiency. - Drive technical configuration and integration reviews, surfacing recommendations that improve performance, ROI, and user experience. - Proactively identify innovation opportunities so customers continuously extract more value from the platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on proficiency with subscription Billing, Revenue, and CPQ products in enterprise-scale environments. - Deep implementation experience with both billing and revenue recognition solutions at large organizations. - 10+ years of domain expertise spanning Billing and Revenue Management alongside ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite. - Strong grasp of integration architectures, REST APIs, and ETL patterns connecting ERP, CRM, and other core systems. - Demonstrated ability to deliver customer-aligned roadmaps and strategic advisory tied to evolving business priorities. - Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills with a customer-first orientation.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with GDPR, FISMA, ASC 606, and IFRS 15 as they affect revenue recognition. - Cross-industry experience adapting solutions, especially for subscription-based business models. - Background leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects across international and cross-cultural teams. - Workshop leadership for standardization, configuration refinement, and ROI-focused process improvement. - Track record of self-directed consulting engagements delivered with minimal supervision.
