Business Systems Engineer

This position owns the CRM platform and the surrounding go-to-market (GTM) technology stack at a B2B SaaS company, blending hands-on systems engineering with day-to-day administration. Responsibilities

- Administer and develop the CRM end-to-end, including user and license management, custom objects, flows, automation rules, and routing logic. - Maintain data integrity through governance standards, deduplication, validation, and a living data dictionary that supports self-serve reporting. - Build, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations between the CRM and adjacent GTM tools such as enrichment, scheduling, marketing automation, quote-to-cash, call intelligence, and the data warehouse. - Design and scale lead routing, territory assignment, and attribution frameworks that hold up as the revenue organization grows. - Prototype automations (using AI where it earns its place) that remove manual work across the GTM lifecycle, then productionize what works and instrument the outcomes. - Partner cross-functionally with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Security, and Product Operations to translate business needs into technical systems.

Requirements

- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a GTM systems role at a B2B SaaS company, with deep hands-on CRM ownership; Admin certification preferred. - Track record of shipping cross-functional systems projects and creating durable patterns that scale, not just closing tickets. - Experience troubleshooting integrations across a modern GTM stack, including engagement, routing, and enrichment tools. - Built workflow automations in platforms such as Workato, Make, n8n, or equivalent, with working knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks. - Strong analytical fluency: KPI definition, funnel diagnosis, SQL working knowledge, and the data quality standards that make reporting and forecasting trustworthy. - Solid grasp of the B2B SaaS GTM lifecycle from lead generation through renewal, plus clear communication with non-technical stakeholders in a fast-moving remote environment.
