Role overview A senior technical program manager position focused on orchestrating complex internal infrastructure initiatives within a reliability engineering and infrastructure services organization. The role leads large-scale data center migrations, new cloud environment builds, and cloud services programs from end to end, functioning as a deeply technical, internally-facing program manager rather than a product manager. The position partners with engineering, operations, and architecture teams to drive execution rigor across critical infrastructure projects in a hybrid or remote setting.
Responsibilities - Drive end-to-end planning and delivery of internal infrastructure, new cloud builds, data center migrations, and cloud services programs, including charters, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and closure tracking - Partner with system engineers, infrastructure architects, cloud operations, security, and engineering leads to align stakeholders and unblock execution - Build and refine program management frameworks, playbooks, process improvements, and operational documentation to elevate execution standards across the team - Lead proactive risk management, dependency tracking, and executive governance; surface blockers early and communicate strategic progress to leadership - Maintain data integrity across operational platforms and PM tooling such as Jira, Confluence, dashboards, and spreadsheets to support transparent, data-informed decisions
Requirements - Deep technical foundation across servers, networking, data center operations, building new cloud environments, and executing data center migrations - Proven hands-on technical program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional infrastructure initiatives - Demonstrated ability to create PM frameworks, playbooks, and continuous improvement processes - Experience with risk management, dependency tracking, and executive-level governance reporting - Familiarity with federal compliance standards such as FedRAMP High or DoD IL5 - Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans

Benefits and work setup - Hybrid schedule with three days per week onsite in San Jose, or fully remote depending on candidate preference - Base salary range of $164,000 to $205,000 USD, excluding commission, bonus, equity, and benefits - Comprehensive health plans, vacation and sick time, parental leave, retirement options, education reimbursement, and in-office perks
