Role overview
A senior product leadership role charged with shaping the platforms and data capabilities that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across a large-scale digital entertainment business. The position owns strategy and execution for promotions, loyalty, CRM, segmentation, and marketing data, spanning online gaming and digital retail experiences. The leader partners closely with Marketing, Engineering, Data, Analytics, and business stakeholders while managing and growing a team of product managers.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for growth platforms covering promotions, loyalty, CRM, customer segmentation, and marketing data. - Lead development of a unified promotions and offers platform that supports multiple products, channels, customer segments, and promotional mechanics. - Build segmentation, audience, and behavioral data capabilities that enable personalized offers and lifecycle experiences at scale. - Establish self-service tooling so marketing and business teams can launch, manage, and optimize campaigns with greater speed and independence. - Define KPIs and experimentation frameworks to measure the incremental impact of promotions, CRM, and loyalty investments. - Lead, coach, and grow a team of product managers while aligning senior stakeholders across product, engineering, data, analytics, marketing, operations, finance, and business units.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing and developing people. - Hands-on experience building data-intensive growth, marketing, promotions, personalization, CRM, loyalty, or customer data platforms at scale. - Deep familiarity with customer and marketing data, including segmentation, audience creation, behavioral data, activation, experimentation, and measurement. - Strong technical fluency with a track record of partnering with Engineering and Data teams on data architecture, APIs, event streams, integrations, and decisioning systems. - Demonstrated ability to translate a long-term product vision into focused roadmaps that deliver measurable business value. - Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management skills across highly cross-functional teams.
