Role overview
A senior product leadership role responsible for setting strategy and direction across the foundational platform experiences that power customer-facing digital products and internal operations. The position oversees a broad portfolio spanning identity verification, payments, fraud prevention, compliance tooling, and internal workflows, leading multiple product teams and partnering closely with engineering, design, analytics, risk, and operations. This is a remote role suited for an experienced product leader who can balance customer experience, growth, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency in a complex, high-transaction digital environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy and roadmaps across identity and trust, payments and fraud, and internal tooling domains. - Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers, including people managers and senior individual contributors, with clear ownership and accountability. - Own critical customer journeys such as registration, identity verification, account access, deposits, withdrawals, and account management. - Improve payment performance and customer funding experiences while partnering with fraud and risk teams to protect customers and the business. - Modernize internal tools and workflows for customer support, VIP, compliance, fraud, and operational teams, reducing manual work and improving service quality. - Establish clear KPIs and use customer insights, data, and business impact to prioritize investments and measure outcomes. - Align senior stakeholders across product, engineering, design, analytics, operations, compliance, legal, finance, and business teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years of people leadership experience. - Experience managing managers and senior individual contributors across multiple product areas. - Background in one or more complex platform domains such as identity, authentication, onboarding, KYC, payments, fraud, risk, trust and safety, compliance, or internal tooling. - Strong technical fluency with experience partnering with engineering on platforms, APIs, integrations, and complex technical systems. - Demonstrated ability to balance customer experience, growth, risk, regulatory requirements, and operational needs. - Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills, with experience operating in complex, regulated, high-transaction, or multi-product digital environments.
