Software Engineer III

Role overview A full stack engineer role with a strong frontend focus is open on a Conversation Intelligence product team. The position centers on shaping the experience layer of a platform that analyzes sales calls and turns millions of conversations into insights for sales professionals. The work spans customer-facing product areas end to end, pairing polished UI craftsmanship with enough backend comfort to move without blockers.

Responsibilities - Design and build responsive UI components, data visualizations, and charting experiences that make complex conversation data intuitive and actionable - Develop and iterate on AI-powered interfaces that surface deal insights, risk signals, and next-step recommendations in digestible formats - Partner with designers and product managers to translate roadmap initiatives into well-scoped frontend architecture and execution - Contribute to backend REST APIs and services as needed to support new features, owning the contract while collaborating on deeper implementation - Provide technical leadership on frontend architecture, component design patterns, performance, and code reviews to raise the UI/UX bar - Test, document, and maintain a frontend codebase that serves as an example for other engineers

Requirements - 3–6 years of relevant software engineering experience building production web applications, with React, Angular, or Vue as the primary discipline - Strong grasp of frontend architecture including component design, state management, performance optimization, and responsive, accessible UI - Working knowledge of, or genuine eagerness to learn, backend services and REST API development in Node.js or Python - Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB, and search technologies like Elasticsearch or Solr - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a highly responsible, enthusiastic, and thorough approach to work

Nice to have - Hands-on experience with data visualization libraries and charting experiences - Comfort moving between frontend polish and backend service ownership in a fast-paced product environment
