SAP RE-FX Consultant

Role overview

Configure and optimize SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) processes for an international project, with a particular focus on German VAT requirements. You’ll translate business needs into SAP solutions and work with business stakeholders, process specialists, and technical teams across functional, integration, and testing activities.

Responsibilities - Design, configure, and implement SAP RE-FX solutions based on business requirements. - Configure input tax distribution under § 15 (4) UStG and support input tax correction under § 15a UStG, including periodic processes. - Design and support interfaces with external systems such as property management platforms. - Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. - Prepare and execute tests, help resolve defects, and advise stakeholders on RE-FX processes. - Coordinate with business, process, and technical teams in a cross-functional project setting.

Requirements - Strong functional and configuration experience with SAP RE-FX. - Knowledge of German VAT requirements, including input tax distribution and correction. - Business-fluent German for tax and legal documentation and stakeholder discussions. - Strong English communication skills for international project work. - Understanding of RE-FX integration with FI, including FI-AA and FI-AP/AR, and related SAP modules. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate across disciplines.

Nice to have - Experience with Service Charge Settlement in SAP RE-FX. - Experience with S/4HANA Real Estate implementations or migrations.
