Senior Product Designer (B2B SaaS / AI surfaces)

Role overview Lead product design from early research signals through to accessible, shipped interfaces for B2B software and AI-enabled products. The role calls for strong interaction and visual design, especially in dense workflows where users need clear information, meaningful controls, and confidence in how AI behaves.

Responsibilities - Own product design across user flows, interactions, and high-fidelity interface work. - Design AI interfaces that communicate model confidence, sources, user controls, and failure states. - Work closely with engineers to carry designs through implementation. - Use WCAG AA accessibility as a baseline and test designs against complex, realistic data. - Contribute reusable patterns that improve consistency across product work.

Requirements - At least seven years in product design and a portfolio of shipped B2B or complex consumer products. - Strong interaction and visual design skills, with proficiency in a modern design tool such as Figma. - Experience designing data-dense or AI-mediated interfaces. - Working knowledge of frontend constraints and how they shape design decisions. - Ability to explain design choices and revise them in response to evidence.

Nice to have - Experience prototyping in code or Framer, particularly for detailed motion. - Contributions to design systems.

Benefits and work setup - Full-time, remote role for candidates in North America or EMEA. - Listed compensation is $155,000–$195,000 plus equity.
