About this role
Role overview
Shape the core experience of an AI-enabled platform for sustainability and enterprise work. You will design agent-driven workflows, interfaces for reviewing and refining AI outputs, and data-rich tools that help expert users work with greater clarity and confidence. This early product role spans discovery, interaction design, prototyping, and production-ready delivery, with regular input from users and close collaboration with founders and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design product experiences from initial concepts through implementation-ready designs. - Create clear workflows for agents, human review, decision support, and expert tools. - Develop interaction patterns for delegating work to AI, monitoring it, refining results, and building trust. - Make complex enterprise and sustainability processes easier to understand and use. - Prototype and iterate quickly in Figma or similar tools, and use code or AI-assisted methods where useful. - Help shape product navigation and the design system, using user conversations to inform decisions.
Requirements
- At least five years of product design experience, ideally with complex B2B or expert-facing software. - Strong experience designing workflow-heavy, data-rich products. - Excellent product thinking, interaction design, and information architecture. - Strong visual craft and the ability to make complex systems feel coherent. - Confidence collaborating with engineers in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. - Fluency with AI tools in the design and build process, with evidence of rapid prototyping, testing, and iteration.
Nice to have
Experience designing AI products, including oversight and human review; enterprise SaaS or data visualisation experience; front-end development; or familiarity with sustainability, climate, or regulatory work.
Benefits and work setup
