Role overview A Program Manager for Strategic Operations is needed to lead complex, cross-functional operational programs within a digital manufacturing marketplace. The role centers on driving operational efficiency, scalability, and measurable outcomes across product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end management of complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery. - Partner with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements that produce measurable results. - Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and surface opportunities for continuous improvement. - Build detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines stay on track. - Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to align on objectives, scope, and deliverables. - Analyze data to inform decision-making and identify automation and process enhancement opportunities. - Champion lean principles and operational best practices across the organization.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles. - Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope. - Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Nice to have - Background in the automotive or industrial sectors. - Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools. - PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification. - Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
