EHR Implementation Manager

Role overview An Enterprise Program Manager is needed to lead large, cross-functional programs from inception through completion, ensuring initiatives stay aligned with strategic business objectives. The role coordinates multiple related projects, manages resources and risk, and serves as a central alignment point across departments. It is a fully remote position with a posted pay range of $125,000–$145,000 USD.

Responsibilities - Oversee the full program lifecycle, keeping workstreams on track with strategic goals and broader company vision. - Act as the primary liaison across departments so stakeholders remain aligned and working toward common objectives. - Develop program strategies with senior leadership and define roadmaps with clear milestones. - Proactively identify and mitigate risks, addressing roadblocks before they impact program outcomes. - Coordinate resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency and maintain balance. - Communicate progress, changes, and risks to stakeholders through regular updates, and drive process improvements across program operations.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of program and project management experience with a focus on cross-functional collaboration. - Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, including effective executive-level communication. - Demonstrated experience implementing project management software. - Practical expertise in project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, and communication planning. - Proven ability to drive multiple concurrent projects on time, on budget, and within scope.

Nice to have - PMP certification.
