About this role

Requirements - Demonstrated experience designing and delivering highly available distributed backend systems and high-throughput services. - Strong knowledge of system architecture, API design, and SQL and NoSQL databases. - Proficiency in a modern backend language such as C#, Java, Go, or C++, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS. - Ability to lead technical decisions and mentor engineers while remaining actively involved in implementation. - Skill in breaking down complex problems, executing iteratively, and collaborating across disciplines. - Interest in applying AI tools and practices to improve development and team workflows.
