Responsibilities

- Run technical interviews through an online interview platform and help candidates have a positive experience. - Assess coding skills, technical knowledge, problem-solving approach, and coding style. - Evaluate candidates’ communication and responses to technical questions. - Submit clear, objective feedback on interview performance. - Help improve interview content, processes, and products by collaborating on testing.

Requirements

- At least three years of experience as a software developer or engineer. - Strong spoken and written English, with professional communication and interpersonal skills. - Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection. - Submit a résumé in English.
