About this role
Role overview The UX Designer leads and actively contributes to the discovery phase of complex digital products, shaping user journeys that span multiple stakeholders and entry points. The role covers the full design lifecycle—from early workshops and concept work through high-fidelity prototypes and implementation support. It suits someone who can navigate mature design systems, defend design choices with confidence, and ground decisions in data and research.
Responsibilities - Facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders and translate insights into a clear design direction. - Design intricate user journeys with multiple entry points, coordinating dependencies across teams and functions. - Produce both quick interactive mockups and detailed high-fidelity prototypes suited to each project stage. - Work within a mature design system, judging when to reuse existing patterns and when custom solutions are warranted. - Apply UX metrics, research, and behavioral data to identify problems, validate assumptions, and guide design decisions. - Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, developers, and other stakeholders throughout delivery.
Requirements - Broad, hands-on UX/UI experience with strong involvement in the discovery phase. - Expert-level proficiency in Figma and a track record of delivering solutions end-to-end, from concept through implementation. - Solid experience working with complex, established design systems and the judgment to know when custom work is needed. - Ability to prototype at varying fidelities depending on purpose and timing. - A problem-solving mindset paired with strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills. - Native-level Polish and English at minimum B2. - Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (for example ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in design and delivery work. - Based in the European Union with a valid work permit.
Nice to have - Background in AdTech or e-commerce, particularly designing campaign configuration tools, analytics dashboards, self-service advertising platforms, or complex B2B/e-commerce ecosystems. - Hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate everyday design tasks. - Experience designing AI-powered interfaces and user experiences. - Applying generative AI in structured ways within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations for analysis and documentation. - Interest in emerging AI-driven practices such as automated analysis, AI-supported documentation, or workflow optimization.
