Role overview

This senior analyst position focuses on turning search and product data into growth decisions for a large digital marketplace. Responsibilities

- Track and analyze organic search performance across brands, categories, models, and geographies, covering traffic, rankings, crawlability, and overall visibility. - Build and maintain dashboards plus automated reporting for SEO and product stakeholders. - Investigate how inventory depth and content coverage relate to search ranking outcomes. - Identify long-tail keyword opportunities and estimate their potential business impact. - Define KPIs for SEO and product growth, then design and evaluate experiments on indexing thresholds, pagination logic, internal linking, content variants, and landing pages. - Partner with product managers and data scientists to prioritize growth ideas and back roadmap decisions with quantitative analysis.

Requirements

- Four or more years in product analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or a comparable role. - Advanced SQL skills and confidence writing production-quality queries against large datasets. - Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodology. - Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms. - Familiarity with Google Search Console, GA4, or similar analytics products. - Working knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics, paired with strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences. - Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

- Background in automotive marketplaces or similar search-driven commerce. - Experience with SEO tooling like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Sistrix, or Screaming Frog. - Exposure to AI or ML-driven product initiatives and generative engine optimization measurement. - Comfort working inside cloud-based analytics ecosystems.
