Asset Management Systems Analyst

Role overview A mid-level systems analyst role focused on the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of business-critical enterprise technology solutions. The position sits at the intersection of business stakeholders and technical teams, translating operational needs into functional system configurations and driving user adoption through training and change management.

Responsibilities - Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, workflows, and operational challenges, then facilitate requirements gathering, workshops, and process mapping to define future-state improvements. - Lead or support the implementation of enterprise software platforms, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. - Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, workflows, and enhancements, and support data migration, validation, cleansing, and governance activities. - Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that inform business decision-making, and analyze trends to recommend system or process improvements. - Facilitate user acceptance testing, develop training materials, conduct end-user sessions, and provide ongoing application support. - Participate in cross-functional project teams, managing tasks, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication throughout delivery.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, GIS, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, technology consulting, or enterprise application implementation. - Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements, with strong process improvement methodology skills. - Experience with data analysis, reporting, and system integrations, plus the ability to translate technical concepts into business language. - Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience implementing or supporting enterprise asset management, computerized maintenance management, field service management, or work and asset management platforms.

Nice to have - Experience with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS. - Familiarity with SQL and data management practices. - Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Visio, or Lucidchart. - Consulting or client-facing project experience.

Benefits and work setup - Listed base pay range of $100,000 to $110,000 USD, with actual offer varying based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
