Role overview A six-month contract opportunity is open for a Retention and Loyalty Analyst to support a subscription-based consumer health business. The position sits at the crossroads of analytics, experimentation, and program operations, focusing on loyalty initiatives and churn-prevention efforts. The right candidate will own a recurring reporting cadence while surfacing original insights that shape retention strategy.
Responsibilities - Coordinate A/B testing across loyalty and retention initiatives, including at-cancel, winback, and churn-prevention experiments, from setup through readout and recommendation. - Track performance dashboards for loyalty, early intervention, at-cancel, and winback or reactivation flows, flagging emerging trends, risks, and opportunities. - Build and maintain KPI scorecards covering retention metrics such as save rate, voluntary versus involuntary churn, and winback conversion. - Translate findings from loyalty and retention analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners. - Manage merchandise planning for the loyalty program, including inventory tracking and replenishment forecasting. - Prepare supporting data and visual materials for monthly and quarterly business reviews covering loyalty performance, cancellations, and retention.
Requirements - At least three years of experience in marketing or growth analytics. - Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain recurring scorecards or dashboards. - Working knowledge of A/B testing methodology, including statistical significance and test design. - Familiarity with loyalty, retention, and e-commerce KPIs such as lifetime value, purchase frequency, churn rate, and save rate. - Experience partnering with data science teams to scope, submit, and follow up on analytics requests. - Comfort with project or ticketing tools such as Jira or Asana, plus strong organizational skills for managing multiple work streams.
Nice to have - Experience in a fast-paced subscription or direct-to-consumer environment. - Background supporting churn-prevention or winback programs specifically.
