About this role
Role overview This is a senior, technically hands-on analytics role embedded with a small portfolio of high-value enterprise clients. The position owns the analytical layer for each account, turning large, complex datasets into decision-grade insights that shape strategy, investment, and forecasting. It sits at the intersection of analytics, media, strategy, and client services, supporting both lead-generation and ecommerce businesses.
Responsibilities - Synthesize multi-source datasets spanning paid media, web analytics, CRM, ecommerce, offline conversions, and call tracking into clear performance narratives tied to revenue, pipeline, retention, and growth. - Run deep-dive analyses on channel contribution, funnel efficiency, audience segmentation, lifetime value, acquisition cost, marketing efficiency ratio, and cohort behavior, applying statistical methods to surface anomalies and opportunities. - Build and maintain forecasting models for revenue, spend, CAC, ROAS, CPA, and other KPIs, including seasonality decomposition, time-series projections, regression-based models, and baseline-versus-optimized scenarios. - Construct and maintain BI environments in Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or Sigma, designing semantic models, DAX measures, and reusable datasets that power executive-ready dashboards. - Operate inside client-owned warehouses such as BigQuery and Snowflake, writing performant SQL, developing multi-touch attribution logic, and reconciling platform data against CRM and ecommerce source-of-truth. - Validate conversion tracking and data flow across paid platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems, and enforce consistent taxonomies, UTM conventions, and consent-aware data practices.
Requirements - Proven experience analyzing large, multi-dimensional marketing and business datasets and producing executive-level insights. - Strong SQL skills and fluency working inside modern cloud data warehouses. - Hands-on experience building dashboards and semantic models in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Sigma, including DAX. - Working knowledge of forecasting techniques, including time-series methods, regression, and seasonality decomposition. - Familiarity with paid media platforms, web analytics tools, and CRM/ecommerce data structures. - Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical work and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have - Experience with attribution modeling across multi-touch, last-click, and position-based frameworks. - Comfort supporting offline conversion pipelines via platform APIs and tag management systems.
Benefits and work setup - Salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 depending on experience and scope. - Multiple healthcare plan options with significant employer premium coverage, plus vision and FSA participation. - Pre-tax commuter benefits that can reduce annual transportation costs by up to 40%. - Short-term and long-term disability coverage. - Continuing education support including webinars, cohort-based learning, digital course access, and conference funding. - Equal opportunity employer with a stated commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
