Senior AI Engineer

Role overview Build and scale an AI-powered customer management solution, with a focus on foundational platform capabilities for agentic AI. The work spans software development and cloud engineering, from creating agent frameworks to deploying and operating systems in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities - Design and build agentic AI platform components, such as agent harnesses or factories. - Develop and deliver cloud-native enterprise applications. - Create and maintain cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD pipelines. - Deploy and operate solutions in line with architecture, security, governance, and compliance requirements. - Integrate AI capabilities with existing enterprise systems and collaborate with client architects and engineering leaders. - Work in environments that may include extensive legacy infrastructure and regulatory controls.

Requirements - Strong hands-on software engineering experience and a record of delivering cloud solutions for enterprises. - Experience building an agent harness, agent factory, or similar agentic platform from the ground up. - Deep cloud engineering skills, including infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and enterprise-scale deployments. - Familiarity with complex organizations and regulated environments with formal controls and architecture standards. - Technical leadership and stakeholder management skills, including direct engagement with senior technical leaders. - Ability to work remotely with distributed teams aligned to European time zones. - Must work from within the European Union and hold a valid work permit.

Nice to have Experience in banking or financial services, integrating with systems such as mainframes, core banking platforms, legacy middleware, or messaging systems, or modernizing environments with substantial legacy infrastructure.
