AWS DevOps

Role overview Manage AWS infrastructure and help application teams deliver services reliably across a distributed environment. The role spans infrastructure configuration, deployment pipelines, service integration, troubleshooting and technical coordination with multiple teams.

Responsibilities - Operate and maintain cloud infrastructure, and support development teams with infrastructure needs. - Configure distributed infrastructure services and coordinate infrastructure work across teams and stakeholders. - Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support the software delivery process. - Diagnose infrastructure and service integration problems, including communication between applications and underlying components. - Provide technical guidance in planning and design discussions, ensuring changes meet agreed requirements. - Use AI-powered assistants to support productivity, quality or decision-making in software delivery.

Requirements - Strong practical AWS and DevOps engineering experience, including AWS CLI, SSO, IAM, IAM Identity Center and Systems Manager. - Experience managing AWS infrastructure with CloudFormation and Git, and familiarity with services such as ECS, Fargate, EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, Route 53, CloudFront, load balancers and Transit Gateway. - Knowledge of AWS identity, security, monitoring and audit services, including Cognito, Secrets Manager, Organizations, CloudWatch and CloudTrail. - Hands-on experience with Redis clusters and Redis Streams, Elasticsearch or Elastic Cloud with Kibana, and IBM MQ clusters. - Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed infrastructure and applications, plus experience with Docker and containerized environments. - CI/CD pipeline design experience, clear communication across technical teams, and English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have - Practical familiarity with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
