SRE / Platform Engineer

Role overview Improve the reliability, observability, and engineering platforms behind production systems. You will help teams release and operate services more safely by strengthening operational practices, automating repetitive work, and making service health and recovery measurable.

Responsibilities - Improve service reliability targets and incident response practices. - Build and maintain platform tools that support engineering teams. - Strengthen observability through useful metrics, logs, traces, and alerts. - Automate recurring operational tasks in deployment and recovery workflows. - Work with DevOps, backend, and product teams to assess production readiness. - Lead learning-focused incident reviews, document runbooks, and contribute to capacity, performance, and resilience planning.

Requirements - Strong experience operating production systems. - Solid Linux, networking, and cloud fundamentals. - Experience with observability tooling and operational troubleshooting. - Familiarity with containers and deployment automation. - Ability to manage incidents, communicate clearly under pressure, and automate repetitive work. - Interest in improving the developer experience through reliable platforms and consistent environments.

Nice to have Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Prometheus or Grafana, OpenTelemetry, AWS, and on-call practices.
