Role overview
Lead product strategy and delivery for client engagements in the iGaming sector, guiding products from research and market analysis through development, launch and iteration. The role combines hands-on product leadership with coaching, team development and the practical application of AI to product discovery, delivery and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements, build trusted relationships with decision-makers and guide transformation toward valuable, customer-focused outcomes. - Work with leadership, design, engineering and client teams to define product direction, priorities and delivery approaches. - Apply product management practices such as continuous discovery, evidence-based propositions, service blueprinting, journey mapping and service design. - Help shape consistent product management ways of working across the wider team. - Coach and support product managers, developing their client-management skills, product judgement and career growth. - Identify opportunities for AI agents, automation and AI-native approaches to improve products, services and business processes.
Requirements
- Direct professional experience in the iGaming industry; this is essential for the role. - Recent experience leading product-focused engagements, preferably in a digital transformation or technology consultancy serving enterprise clients. - Strong knowledge of product management frameworks, continuous discovery and continuous delivery. - Experience conducting product research and gathering evidence to support value propositions and decisions. - A collaborative, pragmatic and empathetic leadership style, with a passion for developing product managers. - Practical experience applying AI to products, services or delivery, or strong curiosity and willingness to build that capability.
Nice to have
- Experience managing stakeholders across multiple countries or regions. - Familiarity with AI evaluation, trust, human oversight, data, governance and responsible-use considerations.
