Role overview
Lead product management practice and client engagements across a range of industries, technologies and domains. You will guide products from research and market analysis through discovery, delivery and iteration, while coaching product managers and helping clients reach valuable, customer-focused outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Product Managers, including recruitment, mentoring and career development. - Establish effective product-management practices, ways of working and progression pathways. - Act as an escalation point, helping remove internal and client-side blockers. - Support the allocation and resourcing of Product Managers across engagements. - Lead clients through digital transformation, building trusted relationships with key decision-makers. - Shape product strategies with senior leaders, designers, engineers and client teams. - Identify training needs and help the wider team develop stronger product capability.
Requirements
- Recent experience leading product-focused engagements in a consultancy or client-facing environment. - Strong knowledge of product-management frameworks, continuous discovery and continuous delivery. - Experience conducting product research and using evidence to support value propositions. - Demonstrated experience developing, coaching or managing Product Managers. - An empathetic leadership style and passion for improving the product-management discipline. - Practical experience applying AI to products, services or delivery, with an understanding of customer and business value. - Awareness of AI-specific considerations including evaluation, trust, human oversight, data, governance and responsible use.
Nice to have
- Experience experimenting with AI-native product development, automation, agents or new tools for research, prototyping, analysis, documentation or decision-making.
