Senior Pitch Designer

Role overview This is a senior individual-contributor design position dedicated to enterprise new-business pursuits at a digital marketing agency. The role leads the visual storytelling that turns strategy documents, audits, and media plans into presentation-ready narratives for prospective clients. The mission is to elevate the standard of pitch craft by owning visual quality, integrating motion and video, and partnering closely with strategists, analysts, and growth leads on every major opportunity.

Responsibilities - Lead the design of enterprise new-business pitch decks, from concept through final delivery - Translate strategy, audit, and media-planning inputs into compelling visual narratives - Partner with assigned Growth Leads and cross-functional subject-matter experts on each pursuit - Own visual quality, consistency, and delivery readiness for pitch assets - Introduce and produce motion-based content such as sizzle reels, animated data stories, and short-form video - Maintain a polished design aesthetic and deep presentation craft across a packed pitch calendar

Requirements - Significant senior-level experience in pitch, presentation, or brand design, ideally in an agency environment - A portfolio demonstrating polished design aesthetics, narrative craft, and high-stakes presentation work - Strong skills in presentation tools and modern design software - Ability to partner with strategists, analysts, and business leads under tight deadlines - Self-directed individual contributor with strong ownership of outcomes - Experience incorporating motion graphics or video into pitch or brand storytelling
