Role overview
Shape the creative direction of a growing design-focused marketplace across its marketing ecosystem. This hands-on leadership role sets the creative standard, evolves an established brand identity, and turns business priorities into distinctive work spanning campaigns, product launches, digital channels, events, and physical experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative expression across marketing campaigns, digital experiences, email, social, editorial content, events, activations, and other touchpoints. - Extend and refine the brand identity so it remains coherent across audiences, channels, and markets while continuing to move forward creatively. - Develop and deliver integrated campaigns, launches, events, activations, and other major brand moments. - Maintain a high bar for craft and creative judgment while staying involved from initial concept through final execution. - Work closely with marketing, product, and senior leadership to turn strategic priorities into compelling creative programs. - Coordinate with teams in North America and Europe to balance global consistency with local relevance.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in brand and marketing design. - A portfolio showing strong craft, conceptual thinking, creative judgment, and work across varied formats. - Experience applying an established brand system across multiple marketing channels. - A clear creative point of view and the ability to improve work within broader brand guidelines. - A hands-on approach, with comfort developing big ideas and executing detailed deliverables. - Strong collaboration and communication skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders. - Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-moving, high-output environment.
