Role overview
Design user experiences for a waste management platform spanning an operations dashboard and a mobile interface for drivers. You’ll work with engineers and customers to make operational workflows both capable and clear, including interfaces drivers can use one-handed in a moving vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end flows for municipal operations dashboards and driver interfaces. - Work directly with engineers and customers to shape product experiences. - Conduct user research to understand operational needs. - Create UI designs and contribute to design systems. - Simplify driver workflows for one-handed use in a moving vehicle.
Requirements
- Product design experience across UI and UX. - Ability to design for both dashboard and mobile interface contexts. - Experience with Figma. - Familiarity with user research and design systems. - Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and customers.
