About this role
Role overview
Lead a portfolio of fleet charging hub projects from early site review through permits and handoff to construction. You’ll coordinate design, utility applications, permitting, consultant work, budgets, and schedules while balancing customer requirements with site standards and local rules. The role works closely with real estate, engineering, construction, operations, finance, and customer teams, with speed to project delivery as a central measure of success.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in design management, project management, engineering, or construction, with responsibility for site design through issued-for-construction documentation. - An electrical, civil, or architectural background, or relevant site development, planning, and construction experience. - Hands-on experience coordinating utilities and municipal permits for land development or civil infrastructure projects. - Ability to interpret and provide substantive feedback on civil, electrical, and structural drawing packages. - Strong organization and follow-through while managing several projects at different stages. - Working proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, or comparable project tracking software. - Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of AC and DC power systems, utility service configurations, transformers, protective devices, and single-line diagrams. - Project delivery experience in EV charging, substations, electrical infrastructure, fleet depots, logistics yards, or transit facilities. - A degree in electrical or civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related technical field. - Familiarity with utility interconnection and customer-published design standards.
