Solutions Architect

Role overview Guide enterprise customers through technical evaluation, architecture, and adoption of a platform for modern web and AI applications. The role spans presales discovery and demonstrations as well as post-sale onboarding, implementation guidance, and ongoing optimization. You will coordinate field, product, engineering, and specialist teams to help customers build, migrate, and operate critical workloads successfully.

Responsibilities - Work with sales teams to qualify use cases, understand technical needs, and shape solution strategy. - Design architectures for web and AI applications, including frontends, APIs, data and edge services, and integrations with composable tools. - Deliver tailored demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations; lead pilots and proofs of concept from success criteria through implementation and outcomes. - Advise strategic customers on onboarding, reference implementations, migrations, and operating practices after purchase. - Improve performance, reliability, and cost using measures such as web performance and observability data. - Coordinate architecture, security, and compliance reviews, and share customer patterns with product and engineering teams.

Requirements - Significant experience in a customer-facing technical role involving modern web or cloud platforms. - Hands-on JavaScript or TypeScript skills and familiarity with modern web frameworks; able to discuss and review application code with engineering teams. - Strong grasp of web performance, caching, networking, and security fundamentals, and the ability to turn them into practical architecture advice. - Able to communicate credibly with both executives and developers, manage complex projects and stakeholders, and deliver in a fast-moving environment. - Familiarity with major cloud platforms and how SaaS or edge services fit into enterprise architectures. - Clear communication and documentation skills, collaborative working style, and an interest in helping developers succeed.

Nice to have Production experience with modern frontend frameworks, AI-powered applications or agent workflows, composable architectures, large cloud migrations, or customer security reviews. Cloud or architecture certifications are also useful.
