Role overview A growing Application Security program is hiring a Technical Program Manager to coordinate and drive initiatives across security and engineering teams. The role focuses on bringing structure to complex cross-functional work, translating priorities into clear plans, and improving how the program operates. It is a hybrid position based in Poland.
Responsibilities - Drive Application Security programs and initiatives across multiple teams, moving work from idea to outcome - Translate priorities into clear plans with milestones, ownership, and measurable results - Coordinate dependencies between Application Security, Engineering, and other stakeholder groups - Surface risks and blockers early and drive them toward resolution - Establish and refine program planning, tracking, metrics, and reporting practices - Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes, including through the use of AI tools - Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements - 5+ years of professional experience, including work in technical program management or a similar coordination role - Track record of driving complex cross-functional initiatives in a technology environment - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English - Working knowledge of software engineering and core Application Security practices such as secure SDLC and vulnerability management - Experience using AI tools to support productivity, analysis, or program execution - Ability to work independently and bring structure to ambiguous problems
Nice to have - Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC
