Software & Tech Project Manager

Role overview This is an engineering project management role running custom web and mobile software builds, acting as the connective tissue between international client stakeholders and an in-house Indonesian development team. The work blends delivery leadership, agile execution, and clear cross-border communication to keep complex product roadmaps on track.

Responsibilities - Drive end-to-end delivery of custom web and mobile software projects, from kickoff through release. - Run agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and roadmap reviews. - Translate client requirements into actionable tickets, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs in tools like Jira or Linear. - Coordinate code review and release workflows through GitHub pull requests and Slack channels. - Surface risks, scope changes, and trade-offs to clients early, with clear written status updates.

Requirements - 3+ years managing web or mobile software development teams in an agile setup. - Hands-on experience with Jira or Linear, GitHub pull request workflows, and Slack-based team communication. - Flawless spoken and written English suitable for direct client-facing conversations. - Background in software development or computer science, with enough technical fluency to discuss architecture and trade-offs. - Indonesian citizenship and current residence in Indonesia; the role is 100% full remote.
