AI & Automation Project Manager

Role overview A fully remote Technical Project Manager position focused on steering AI integration and workflow automation initiatives from kickoff through delivery. The role serves as the central communication bridge between international client stakeholders and distributed Indonesian engineering teams, ensuring that technical work stays aligned with business outcomes.

Responsibilities - Plan, schedule, and track end-to-end AI integration and automation projects, balancing scope, timeline, and risk. - Serve as the day-to-day liaison between international clients and Indonesian AI engineering squads, translating business needs into clear technical requirements. - Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies, maintain backlog health, and keep delivery momentum visible through project management tools. - Coordinate dependencies across AI engineering, automation, and client-facing workstreams, surfacing blockers early. - Communicate progress, decisions, and trade-offs in fluent written and spoken English to a global audience.

Requirements - Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia; full remote work arrangement. - Flawless spoken and written English communication skills for client-facing coordination. - Three or more years of technical project management experience in software, AI, or agency environments. - Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on use of Linear, Jira, and Slack. - Basic understanding of AI concepts including large language models, APIs, retrieval-augmented generation patterns, and webhooks.

Nice to have - Prior exposure to AI product delivery or vendor-style client engagements. - Comfort operating across multiple time zones with distributed teams.
